Free nursery places - 15 & 30 Hours Funding Available
At Laughton All Saints', we're proud to offer government-funded childcare to support families and give children the best start in life. Children can join our Nursery the term after their 3rd birthday.

Our qualified practitioners focus on each child's individual needs, helping them grow in confidence and independence.
We believe children learn best when they're having fun and learn through play. Our nursery is equipped with age-appropriate resources, including cosy indoor areas and a secure outstanding playground that inspires learning and exploration.
From language and literacy, to emotional wellbeing and social skills, we support every aspect of your child's development, preparing them for a confident transition to school.
15 Hours Free Childcare
Available for all 3 and 4 year-olds. Enjoy 15 hours per week of high-quality early education during term time - completely free.
30 hours free childcare
Working families may be entitled to 30 hours per week of funded childcare.
Am I eligible for a 30 hour childcare choices code?
To qualify, both parents need to be working (or the sole parent must be working in a lone parent family) and each parent earns on average:
- a minimum equivalent to 16 hours per week at national minimum wage or national living wage
- less than £100,000 per year
Families where one parent does not work or neither parent works will not usually be eligible for the entitlement unless:
- both parents are employed but one, or both parents is temporarily away from the workplace on maternity or paternity leave, adoption leave or statutory sick pay
- one parent is employed and one parent has substantial caring responsibilities based on specific benefits received for caring
- one parent is employed and one parent is disabled or incapacitated based on receipt of specific benefits

Optional additional charges
Parents do have the option to self fund additional hours in nursery, the charge for this from 1.4.25 is £5.37 per hour.
Nursery meals are charged at £2.90 per meal.
Additional hours can also be paid for via Tax-Free Childcare vouchers.
Any educational visits/trips nursery take part in will vary in cost and parents will be advised of this in advance of any visit taking place.
